Is there any way to change your PSN ID? I'd like to change mine from Dimorphic_ to DimorphicAU but I'm not sure if you can. I know on XBL you can but it incurs a 800 MS points fee, and with PSN being a free service I haven't seen an option to do it.

Possibly by contacting support?
I've also come across this problem....and still haven't figured it out. Maybe try and set up a new account? That's my next step.

I thought that, but then you lose your trophies and I'm not sure if the saved games are linked to your gamer profile like they are on the 360.

Not to mention your dlc.

I only have seven trophies....
Not to mention your dlc.
....and no DLC.
There's surely someway around this problem, I might try and look at the FAQs even though they tend to be useless.

Creating a new account, you can still use your DLC as long as you keep your original profile on your PS3. I'm pretty sure you can.

I'm sure there is some way of changing your PSN name, because I've seen it happen. There's a guy on my friends list whose name has changed several times.
*edit* Did a bit of research. The guy I know who changes his PSN ID every so often has a Japanese PSN account. Turns out you can change your PSN display name, but only for Japanese accounts. For whatever reason, Sony never opened up this functionality to US/EU/AU accounts. :(
