What podcasts do people listen to?
I don't listen to many as I only just got a decent download limit but I listen to Media Artists Secrets.
What do you guys listen to and what do people recommend?
I usually get the Best Of YouTube for giggles.
I listen to Eamon Dunphy interviews (Irish media person).
I used to get Uni podcasts before they went to shit.
And I'm yet to find a decent music podcast. MTV's Gonzo hasn't released one since February.

My all time favourite (which is strange given how much I can't stand the typical yank humour within):

It's in semi-retirement but there was a new one released last week.
Also The World's Smartest Man, which isn't really a podcast (and is also dead but still good for a laugh):

Best general programming and nerdy one I know of:

lol, That would be Josh.
I've turned off a number of Akimbo podcasts thanks to Josh. He tends to talk too fast, too loud and too often. Sometimes it sounds like he's going to pass out because he can't get out what he's trying to say quickly enough. He single handedly gave me a headache the first time I tried to listen to Akimbo. Hasn't happened recently so perhaps I've built up a resistance. :p

We should just make our own podcast. It would totally be more interesting and amusing... to us anyway. 90% of it would be saying HASTE, Stevooooo, MACGYVER, bagging Slippery, bagging WK and 10% would be awkward silence. Actually, the first 10mins would just be me saying "EYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY..."

I enjoy listening to videogame related podcasts on the way in to work in the morning, so I need 5 hours of podcast per week. Currently, I'm going with Three Red Lights (1hr), Command Prompt (1hr), Game Scoop! (1hr) and the Bombcast (2hrs). I would like to ditch Command Prompt, since it's pretty sucky, so anyone got any suggestions for a weekly podcast I can replace it with?

It's not game related but I'd highly recommend the Creative Screenwriting Podcast.
http://creativescreenwritingmagazine.blogspot.com/
It's basically Q&A sessions with the writers for a whole bunch of awesome films. You don't need to be into screenwriting to enjoy it; you just have to like movies.
I'd recommend in particular the Watchmen episode (with David Hayter - glee!):
http://media.libsyn.com/media/creativescreenwritingmag/WatchmenQandA_clean.mp3
And the Wall-E one:
http://media.libsyn.com/media/creativescreenwritingmag/AndrewStantonWallEQandA.mp3
Heaps of great insights into how films are written and made.

Actually been listening to these lately and they're rather awesome. So far listened to Watchmen, Wall-E, Dark Knight, In Bruges and *cough* Postal. Uwe Boll is absolutely nuts.
Just makes you want to re-watch the films after listening to the podcasts to appreciate all the work that's gone into them.

I started listening to this maybe a month ago, I think I would say that it has fast become my favourite podcast. Does anyway if a similar podcasts exist that is more focussed towards videogame?, I'd love to hear interviews with different guys in the games industry whether they be writers, directors, level designers whatever.
Just incase anyone cares, lately I've been listening to stuff you should know, it's done by 2 of the guys from how stuff works, good stuff.

I enjoy a number of Podcasts.
- Stephen Frys Podgrams, they're regularly funny, informative and listening to Stephen's angelic like English accent is a joy.
- The Philosophy Podcast, it's a pretty dumbed down version of really heady topics but you can't expect more from a half an hour Podcast and it's often a good overview of each of the major Philosophers like Plato and such.
- Matt Berry has an occasionial podcast which is a repeat of a radio program he does on Absolute radio which is mildly entertaining.
- Barack Obama's weekly Address, it's only five minutes and I like to know whats going on, especially given the health care debates at the minute.
- And I natrually listen to Ricky Gervais.
