The power pad - What was old is new again

A few weeks back I happened to notice Family Trainer (http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/5541878/Family-Trainer/Product.html) for Wii, and that it was reviving the Power Pad (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_Pad).

I remember this from the good old NES days in the form of Family Fun Fitness and that cursed turtle they used to add insult to injury.

Anyone else have memories of this peripheral?

Never seen or even knew about it before. Pretty cool to be an ancestor to the DDR phenomena.
