I think the years of volunteer youth empowerment stuff I did have given me an almost irrational hatred of people who volunteer for stuff and then are lazy or unproffessional. I'm probably more okay with that kind of behaviour in the workplace because it's 'just a job' but if you choose to do something ****ing well do it properly.

yeah unfortunatley I have to book 2 weeks in advance to see my GP in the next suburb over so my options are limited in emergencies.

I took a friend into a Doctors clinic at about four last Friday in Boxhill, as he had crippling stomach pain, without an appointment we had to wait ten minutes... oh but it wasn't bulk billing.
