Only game I can think of like that which might run on an S40 phone is Oblivion Mobile, but it's pretty terrible.
Best advice is to get yourself a real phone before you start thinking about mobile phone gaming.

Thread should probably be in handheld.

Well you could move it there if you hadn't quit being a mod, like the big mod quitter you are!
I need games for my Nokia 6085 but it seems to be the one model that isn't supported much for java games. I had a few for my old 7250i like Tetris (which really is all you need on a mobile) but alas can't find one that will work on my current phone.
But really if you want good handheld games buy an iPhone, DS or PSP

Moved. Handheld needs the traffic anyway >_>

Might be a bit old, but you can probably find Baldurs Gate or Oblivion for your mobile.
Edit: Heh, turns out there was a mobile version made: http://au.gamespot.com/mobile/action/baldursgate/review.html
pretty decent graphics too

I've played them a while ago and they kinda suck. :(
It's basically kill a few monsters by mashing the attack button and then open a few treasure chests. The two games are very similar but have nothing to do whatsoever with their respective series'. The isometric movement is kinda awkward as well (ie press down to move diagonally right downwards).
You're probably better off with something like Might and Magic II.

Well after some googling around I finally found a (free!) Tetris (clone) game that works on my phone. It's not very pretty but it's got the basics.
Also had a look at some other games claiming to be free but they all wanted to connect to the internet to download ads so I went "**** YOU ****S!" and deleted them.

Back when I had my old Nokia dumbphone, I noticed that basically every "free" application did just that. It would have been fine, but dumbphones don't usually come with usable data plans.

I remember when my aunt gave me a Gameboy game that had '25 games in 1'. 8 of them were badly cloned copies of Tetris with equally as bad names like 'Falling bricks' & 'Vanishing blocks'
