The old thread got lost in the downtime. This is a thread for listing local gaming clubs, whether it be for console games, lans or game meet ups.

I'm a committee member of EVAC (Extremely Versatile Acronym Club), which is a general Video Games club, held at Adelaide Uni every Friday (Within the Uni Terms).

Where:
Adelaide Uni, Harry Medlin Rooms, Union House.

When:
Fridays, 4pm to 8pm.

Membership:
Membership cost is from $10 per year ($15 for those not a student of Adelaide Uni), but visitors are welcome to drop by and stay a while to find out what it's all about :). This membership entitles you to discounts at Pulp Fiction Comics and membership at Shin Tokyo. Go nuts!

Hmmm if it gets big enough I have contacts at Boylen Media (they organise advertising for the AAMI Stadium Superscreen). But that might be over kill.

Jubei: A few Evac members were coming over to BAM but I never caught up with them over the weekend. Did you know who they are? Ali is the only person I remember coming from Adelaide. He did very well in singles on Saturday.

I can't come to eGames anymore. If you see me there it's just in the morning/evening to help setup/packup the fighting games stuff. :(
