Not really the sort of post I'd want to start a thread for this game with, but I think we lost the old thread in the fire, and this should be moaned about. If it's true.

That's a shame since all the Splinter Cell and Tom Clancy stuff don't interest me in the slightest bit these days.

All I can say is Ancel is a ****ing genius and he therefore must be working on something so whatever it is it has to be good news.

Maybe they'll spend a while pretending it is canceled just to keep it in the news then reveal it again. Or perhaps they tried so hard to make it a more saleable game than it's predecessor that they made it a steaming pile of fale.

Hopefully it's the former conspiracy theory and not the latter.

Unless the people who are making the game actually leave their jobs, it seems likely BG&E 2 will get made. That ridiculous piece of non-news by eurogamer is a good reminder of why I usually avoid reading crap on the internet, it's only purpose it to get people to their site and possibly create controvesy etc.

Oh and I'm STILL looking forward to playing the game.

Apparently Ubisoft confirmed a few days ago to some site GameKult that they are definitely continuing on development with BG&E2!

sweet, just playing through the first one now for the first time and am quite enjoying it. the video for BG&E2 looks enticing indeed.
