'Cos the DS beats the PSP by a ratio of 2-1 on the awesome-scale. And yes, that comes from someone who owns both!
Seriously though, I've always thought Okami was custom-made for the DS. Seems like the perfect format to be drawing and slicing and bizzo on (moreso than the Wii and it's hit-or-miss controls).

Or you could just import, since unless it's a DSi specific game, DS games are region free.
