Nearly every day of the week, in some form of consumable, i've eaten junk, from the downright too salty, too rich in flavour, filling foods, and fatty foods from junk food outlets such as kfc, red rooster, mcdonalds hungry jacks, eagle boys, pizza hut, domino's, fish and chip shops, servo's etc.
Im not proud of the fact that i eat junk food every single damn day of the week, im disgusted in myself to the point that i just have a strict vegetarian dinner now and again, theres always a guilt feeling inside of me that im giving my body organs a hell of a time keeping up with my filthy consumption.
Im sick of it all, but the taste keeps me wanting more.....

Usually every day. I get really hungry late at night, which is probably caused because dinner time is 5.30pm because my dad has work. I probably should be replacing all my snack foods like cake and chips with fruit :/

If you didn't eat junk for a month you probably wouldn't want it anymore - you realise it actually tastes like crap.

A whole ****ing lot, but I'm still driving on a teenage metabolism so I don't really care.
Actually the only stuff I really have is fast food every so often and chocolate like once every 2-3 days.

Maccas every Friday for breakfast.
If I go out drinking on the weekend (which I do just about every weekend) I probably have another 2 or 3 fast food meals.
There's nothing quite like a drunken custom McDonalds burger.

working at hungry jacks, too much.
I'm scared of what will happen when/if I go full-time next year.
Of course, I don't go every day. But in an average week, I'd say that 5/7 days I'd consume some JF.

I don't really understand the poll but I might have junk food a couple of times per week.

If you have an early dinner try and make it a small portion and then have another planned small portion at 8:30. I do the same thing when i'm forced to have an early lunch (e.g. 10:30-11:00), I'll have a healthy snack at 2:00-2:30 or so.
I'm pretty good except the mums at work always bring in cakes and stuff, and I'm prone to snacking on kids lollies. Straight fast food I have once a month or so; snacking is my problem.

Obviously you're supposed to quantify every piece of food you eat during the week in order to get a sensible percentage based on volume.
Saying "once or twice a week" is way too difficult and statistically nonviable for comparative purposes.

This is stating the obvious but excessive consumption of junk food will likely lead to health problems later on in life, as well as affecting general well being and lifestyle.
There is no limitations to the amount of shit they put into junk food, they can pour 10 teaspoons of sugar into a glass of coke, for example, and consumers still drink it because they do not see what goes into it. If someone asks for 10 teaspoons of sugar in their coffee, however, it sound ridiculous. Junk food manufacturers' primary concern is profitability, and therefore more salt, sugar and fat lead to better tasting food and hence more revenue.
I'm sure no one will listen to me because no one ever does lol, but I'll say this anyway:
Humans only have so much willpower. For me I feel it's important to acknowledge this fact as opposed to thinking I'm superman and can avoid junk food on sheer will alone.
Our body craves certain things for particular reasons and is greatly affected by external influences. If your body is not receiving proper nutrition for whatever reason, it will crave a quick "pick me up" in the form of food easily converted to energy, ie junk food, sugary, fatty and salty foods.
Instead of trying to use will alone to combat this, the external influences can be controlled, thus requiring less willpower. For example, eating large, healthy breakfasts, low GI foods, healthy routines, three meals a day, eating before you get hungry, etc etc.
Incredibly cliched, but limits and moderation helps a lot. Limit consumption of junk food to maybe two or three dinners a week (preferably one) as a beginning. This will also give you something to look forward to and you'll appreciate the junk food more. Two times a week means you still get to enjoy the taste of junk food, just in moderation.
Also, preparation is important. If you're a proficient cook, have good routines, etc, have decent recipes, you'll be far less likely to consume junk food. A lot of it is about convenience.
Personally, my humble advice would be to try and change the factors contributing to your junk food dependence as opposed to using sheer will alone to say you are going to stop eating junk food. A nice, big, healthy, routine breakfast would be a great start. And soft drink is evil.
Anyway, these are the basics, I'm no expert, I just know what professionals tell me. Sorry to be blunt, but there's a reason you feel guilty, eating junk food every night is damaging to your body. If you're serious about changing your eating habits, make an appointment with a dietician. What I have written is my personal opinion and, as stated, is not neccessarily correct or a professional opinion.
I hope this helps and sorry it is off topic from the thread title. I just worry about all the shit people pump into their bodies. I have an Indian friend who ate crap every day, despite my protestations, and now has developed a constant "hiccup" amongst other things because of the damage he did to his body, as well as being overweight. I have other friends who have developed diabetes etc from poor diet.

Based on volume? Why not based on mass?

I'm doing quite well so far, I have stopped drinking soft drinks for a month now, i have cut down my fast food consumption. I'm trying to put on wight on, and smashing it at the gym 4 days a week, so I'm seeing results so far, I have only been eating clean foods, the only problem is when i go out i want to eat something healthy and quick besides eating subway or a sandwich.
70 and 75 but no 25 or 50?
shit poll imo

As much as I can consume, but with having frack all coin over the last few months my junk intake has been sorely lacking.

Probably more than I should, but nowhere near as much as I used to (once I had KFC 3 times in one week!)
There isn't an option for 14% though so I can't vote.

The poll decoded:
(with the assumption that people have on average 3 meals per day - ie 21 meals in a week)
5% - One junk food meal per week (1.05 meals per week)
10% - two junk food meals per week (2.1 meals per week)
20% - Four junk food meals per week (4.2 meals per week)
40% - Just over one junk food meal per day (8.4 meals per week)
60% - Edging towards two junk food meals per day. (12.6 meals per week)
70% - Two junk food meals per day. eg Weetbix for breakfast and then a hamburger for lunch and pizza for dinner. Every single day. (14.7 meals per week)
75% - A tiny bit more than two junk food meals per day (15.75 meals per week)
99% - You eat junk food for breakfast lunch and dinner. (20.79 meals per week)
