Best game to play drunk with mates - hic

I don't drink and I have no mates but I intend to learn. In order to do that I need the best game to play drunk with mates*

I've played GH:WT with my (pfft) family and to be honest, with all the stupid coordination required, this game played drunk would only last a few opening seconds.

So in your experience what game is the best?

Goldeneye, Street Fighter 4, Counter Strike 1.6 and DotA all instantly spring to mind. Depends on how many people are around I guess.

In my experience any type of FPS or driving game.

I've had fun with CS:S, SWAT4, Raven Shield (Capture the Man, lol), F1 Challenge, Unreal Tournament and TF2, to name a few.

As far drinking and gaming, I suggest 4 player games such as Mario Kart that you can turn into drinking games, red shell = 1 drink, green shell = 3 drink, whatever, make up your own rules as you go.

Mario party 3 with drinking game rules, which are basically:
Before the game starts, everyone picks a number 1-10. Anytime that number is rolled that player drinks 2, even if it is rolled as one of the dice in a twice or thrice. So if a player rolls a 4, 8, and 2, any players with any of those three numbers drinks.

-Red space-Drink 1
-Bowser space-Drink 2
-Blue space- Give 1
-Green space-Give 2

-Everytime you get passed-Drink 1
-Land on the same spot as someone else-Everyone on that spot Drinks 2
-Pass start-Drink 2
-Winner(s) of a minigame-Give 6 total between losers

GTA IV and a mod to place down track tiles. Just get a sober player to make a good derby sized arena, up in the sky away from police and traffic of course. Also, have your mics on, and the spawn car select mod. Just for convenience's sake.

My buddies invented a game, super mario 3, everytime you die you shot. Between 2 of them they finished a bottle of rum in no time.

Just buy Mashed: Fully Loaded, and when you're too drunk to have any form of coordination left, stick to Polar Wharf (although you probably will anyway). That, and the Russian level with the barge. That is epic fun.

Cannot recommend this game enough. I wish it was on XBL as an XB Original or even an updated XBLA release.

Also, drunk Rock Band with four players, or even three (singer takes bass), is brilliant. With Beatles:RB fresh out, and three-part harmonies, I can't imagine a better game to play drunk.

Eating pizza whilst playing drums isn't impossible. Just really sloppy. You'll need an arm with decent reflexes during more intense moments of play.

Always found NFSU2 was a good one when drunk. It's amazing how well you can do at drift races with a few brews in your system.

- we'd play 4 player 'Licensed to Kill' with the radar switched off.

- Then you need to throw together screen divider (two chairs and a big sheet of ply wood worked for us). Two drunk dudes sat up on the sofa. The other 2 drunk dudes sat on the floor. Playined as teams. Doing it this way you could see where your team mate was (by looking at his screen) but your opponents location was a mystery.

With World Tour and Rock Band it's frustrating for everyone when your noob friends fail all the time. And if they haven't played before then they will most likely fail a lot when drunk.

Taking that frustration out and letting people change instruments and difficulty on the fly has instantly made it my party game of choice, even if I do have twice as many songs for Rock Band...
