Been out in Japan for yonks

Out here on the 22nd of October.

Been out in the US for about 2 weeks and comes out on the 9th in Europe.

I really enjoyed what I played of the first game. It had some good humour and good gameplay so I will be looking forward to this game when it comes out in a few weeks.

I've played this game for a few hours. It's back to the awesomeness of the first game, truly, but more imporantly they've managed to introduce a whole heap of new gameplay elements (most involving Bowser! :D) which have made the game all new and refreshing compared to the other games, which is great.

EDIT: Shit, almost forgot the most important thing:

I HAVE CHORTLES!

Wanna play this! They had heaps of US copies at Gametraders Carillion.

I love those guys. Looks like an awesome game.

Bought it from my Gametraders on like.... Wednesday or Thursday.
Tis be bitchin'. About 8-9 hours into the game and I've seemed to just hit the proper story in it, plus there's still quite a bit of skills to learn so I have a while to play through yet.
Also Bowser is awesome >.>

Okay, this game has Kuribo's Sock.

If that doesn't get anyone excited for the game then nothing will.

Where? D:
I'm tackling Bowser's castle for the second time now.

Well if you're up to Bowser's Castle you've probably already fought a few of them, actually (they're not actually named Kuribo's Sock but you'll see why it makes sense soon enough >_>)

Mine arrived yesterday. It also shipped on the 21st. Longest I've had to wait for a PA order to be delivered.

I can't put some healthy time into this until Monday :( Stupid work.

I was in EB today and they are already selling the strategy guide for the game 2 weeks before the game comes out.

They more than likely already had the game in stock last week, I think the date just got pushed back for some reason.

I only ever played a little bit of the first Superstar saga and missed out on Number 2. I'll probably end up getting this. :D It looks awesome.

I've been playing this for a bit now after importing it. By far the best Mario RPG since Paper Mario 2 IMO. There's actually somewhat of a challenge with this one unlike other previous Mario RPGs.

By far the best since Paper Mario 2? A real challenge? I'm sold!

Okay, maybe I should also mention I'm not one of the best of players out there:o.

Well, I found that if you got careless when you're defending against enemy attacks they'll kill you fairly easily (I remember one time I had Bowser at full health, got hit with an attack that made him dizzy, which meant I couldn't act, and in that next turn they proceeded to absolutely destroy me).

But the game also has the Retry Clocks, which means as long as you have one you can restart just from the beginning of that battle again, no backtracking again from a save point.

That's pretty handy

The more I hear about this game the more I want it. If only there wasn't that stack of half-played games...

Just picked this up on Thursday, and, well.......IT'S AWESOME!!
I haven't played any of the previous M & L games, but if they're anything like this, I'll have to track them down.

Not too far into it so far, just got up to

the part where you just start taking control of Bowser and have to find a way out of the cave/s.

Anyways, lots of fun so far with a brilliant sense of humour and great gameplay. Eager to get back into it (even more eager than I am to get back to Borderlands, SD vs. RAW 10, Uncharted 2 and Ballad of Gay Tony), which tells me something. lol.

Those are some really enthusiastic comments! :) I think this just went to the top of my wanted list!

I honestly just picked it up last week out of a SLIGHT interest in it, and because I was having a weekend away, and couldn't go without some form of gaming. lol.

Quite honestly, I completely turned my back on GTA 4 Eps. and Borderlands as soon as this game got it's claws into me. Dragon Age is the only thing that's broken it's vice-like grip on my gaming-time.

I just finished this today and I have to say it was really great playing it off and on again these last couple of months.

For those who've been considering getting this I can't recommend it enough.

JB in Sydney doesn't seem to stock this game (anymore). That and I can't seem to find a copy anywhere!

That 'waiting for a new release game to get cheaper' plan is well and truly backfiring on you, ain't it

Back up plan Play-Asia (or other import site) is always available. Just have a voucher that I have to use locally.
