I just stated watching this TV series and think its as funny as Arrested Development.

Fairly similar style in that it is a mockumentary but without the voiceover.

Some descriptions of the show:

This mockumentary explores the many different types of a modern family through the stories of a gay couple, comprised of Mitchell and Cameron, and their daighter Lily, a straight couple, comprised of Phil and Claire, and their three kids, Haley, Alex, and Luke, and a multi-ethnic couple, which is comprised of Jay and Gloria, and their son Manny.

I agree, it's a fantastic show. With Modern Family, Better Off Ted and Community, it's been a great year for comedy shows

I've only managed to check out the pilot thus far (a couple of months back) but it was truly hilarious. The fat gay guy bringing out the baby in some kind of ridiculous pseudo-performance was brilliant.
