REC 2 (Quarantine 2)

Bringing this up entirely because I'd stumbled across it after googling some stuff on Paranormal. For those who've only seen Quarantine, REC is the original Spanish movie which Quarantine is based off of shot by shot; although I haven't seen Quarantine, REC is a really good zombie film (and clever title too, bet the Americans wish they'd thought of it). The trailer above wins it for me, that and REC 3 is currently in production.

I'll be a little worried though if it's in the same apartment building as the first two films.

Nope, as far as I can tell this only just came out in Spain. Even then we'd have to wait a couple of months after North America get theirs I presume.

From what I've read it's just as entertaining as the first if you don't take it too seriously.
