View Full Version : Should have a "letter of the month" stamp?

So I was thinking that it would be nice if HYPER mag had a letter of the month each issue.

Just a variation of that stamp that gets used for "certified dud" "most played" "game of the month" etc would do.

There is no need for prizes or give aways, just some credit for a good letter here and there. If a month goes by without a good letter, simply don't use it (which stays with the current trend of the existing circle stamps).

Yes it all sounds terribly cliched, but I reckon that people would like the acknowledgement of a well written letter stamped with the Hyper seal of approval.
The Worlds most Dangerous Gaming Magazine needs your letters....

So Vote!

*EDIT: Typo in the tittle of this forum: Should 'HYPER' have etc......

I got letter of the month once. Good times.

It would be great to see it return, but surely they could come up with some sort of prize for the distinction. Why not make it a 'random prize selected from the junk that we receive for free from various companies and whatnot'? Might go some way towards encouraging more interesting responses.

So long as it isn't some Schick shaving razor something or rather. Honestly, Xbox mag hands them out for every letter of the month.

Yeah, either that or that their readers are old enough to, you know, actually shave.

The actual title was a mistake, that one was just to keep things in the spirit of Hyper Magazine
