Email programs

What's a good email program? Should I just go with Outlook Express? Or is there any others worth using?

I use Windows Live Mail. Nice and simple, easy to use, doesn't have the bloated shit Outlook had last time I used it.

Only thing I don't like about it is it's a bit more complicated to backup compared to Outlook when you need to format.

Mozilla Thunderbird seems alright and gets generally positive reviews too, but I haven't used it in a long, long time, so I can't say.

I have used Thunderbird for years through various incarnations and found it works well. It certainly is a lot more secure than Outlook express.

I use Outlook 2007 because it's what my work computers have.
