Is there anything in the way of small clubs or junior leagues in Australia at all?
I'm under the impression that nothing exists here, but i'd love to be proven wrong.
If anyone knows anything, do tell please.

I remember going to a Cairns v Townsville game with 3 other mates when I was at Uni (they played the game on the Uni rugby field).
It was pretty bad though. They had a lithe wide receiver wearing linebacker pads, I'm surprised the kid could see where he was going.

An old workmate used to play down in Frankston. So yeah, certainly is in Australia.

A guy in high school used to play. Not sure where. I think he made the state team or something like that.

I miss that show that Done Lane used to have on ABC. From memory it was highlights of a key game or two of the week with him explaining what it all meant. Went for 2 years i reckon. Actually got me hooked and i developed a sound appreciation of the game.

There's a QLD league. I tried out for the Gold Coast Stingrays and tore my rotator cuff while getting sacked at training lol.
