I remember reading the review in N64 Gamer for Forsaken. They gave it a 9 or 10 and said it was phenomenal. I went out and put down $100 worth of saved birthday money for a new copy.
I learnt what is was to be truly disappointed that year.
Anyway, apart from Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooie and Mario Kart etc. a couple of games that don't get mentioned as much (and I loved) are Space Station Silicon Valley and Top Gear Overdrive. Overdrive handled like shit, but I loved it.
Would Space Station: Silicon Valley still be a fun game to play?
I always wanted to give that one a go!
I might yet shell out for a copy :)
@Queenie
Really? So were you ever able to find a copy?

It's a janky platformer with puzzle elements, I don't think it aged very well but I did enjoy it back when it was new.

I've still got it (boxed and all...;)) but I haven't played it for years.
You played as a little microchip that could jump between robot animals that inhabited the space station. To solve puzzles, you needed to take control of specific animals with unique abilities and navigate your way through the level. Using different animals kept the game fairly fresh from level to level.
Would I play it now? I'm not too keen....for the most part the controls of 64 games were pretty shithouse and with the relative precision we find in modern games, I'd imagine it would be a pretty hard to go back. But we'll see.

It's interesting to think that the guys who worked on Body Harvest and Space Station Silicon Valley went on to create Grand Theft Auto III.
Amazing history.

Oh I've got Body Harvest in my cupboard. I've never played it though....I got it after I got my Gamecube and just never went back.
