I'm actually excited, as this will surely include R/B/Y's Kanto region as the original did, providing a massive amount of updated Pokemon gaming in one DS cartridge.

Well Gamefreak already remade Pokemon red/blue and green with Pokemon Fire red and Leaf green on the gba, so there's no real need to remake a game of a remake, which assumes that the upcoming title is no doubt a Pokemon Gold/Silver remake, im guessing:
Pokemon Metallic Gold and Metallic Silver, i could be wrong though. Edit: Btw if they were remaking something like Pokemon Trading Card Game gbc, i would so excited!
