Just did a quick search, couldn't find anything here on the forums about it.

Anyone a fan? Seems a bit twilight-esque, but i'm pretty confident that it's actually the other way round, and that True blood came first

Pretty awesome storyline spanned out over the 2 seasons, and I think the 3rd is gonna start airing on foxtel or at least in america pretty soon

So yeh, thoughts on this show? I read one of the books that the first 2 seasons were based on. The TV show was adapted awesomely and actually outshines the books in every way imo


Ps. tits, sex, drugs, vampires..if you havent watched it then get the **** onto it asap cause its the best vamp. series goin round

I watched the first season, but haven't gotten in to the second as of yet. My brother has it waiting for me at his house, I just keep forgetting to pick it up.

The second season is pretty awesome man. Some of the vampire characters are oh-mygod wicked. You see a little of Eric's back story and he becomes even more awesome..Suki gets naked a few times, La fayette does some cool shit..its pretty leet

The second season is a huge improvement over the first. Much more confident writing, the characters are more interesting (Eric suddenly becomes awesome), and the scenery change that occurs really breathes a lot of new life into the show. Plus Anna Paquin is hotter in the second season. >_>

So yes, I like True Blood. Looking forward to the third season.

Picked up season 2 on the weekend and have watched about 5 eps so far

Bloody awesome show...the idea of vampires out in the real world provides great situations. Just watched the ep where you see Eric get turned (he's becoming a more integral character to the plot as opposed to the odd appearance in season 1)

Plus anna paquin is smoking as doesn t mind getting em out in season 2

yeah i watched the first three or four episodes when it initially premiered and was turned off, but i was told that it got better (and it did, fast) and season 2 was a fantastic season of television.
Loved the fellowship of the sun arc and the whole mariane act building and then taking off when they got back from Dallas was awesome.

And Jason Stackhouse would have to be one of the most awesome characters goin' round atm.

Jason stackhouse is so dumb but at the same time still very believable....and the stint on home and away really prepared him well for the role.
