 But seriously, it's pretty awesome. Also, the real-time training system means that logging in once a week isn't the disaster it is in other MMOs.

Am I just supposed to log in and let it patch or what? I assumed so, but when I tried to login at about 7:30 this morning it just said I was running an incompatible version.

yeah, Tranquility was probably still down at that stage. You log in and it will say "new version/client available" or something, hit yes and it will take you to the patcher. Update is about 750meg.

EVE implodes/explodes.
The light show/carnage in Jita was pretty awesome to watch apparently, although I couldnt get in because of the rioting so I just hid in the wormhole. Fun times! EDIT: also, second request to mods: pls move this thread to gg and put "EVE Online/" in front of the title.
